We do not provide necessary drivers for your hardware. If you would like us to provide them or find them for you, there will be an extra fee. Drivers are usually located on the cd roms or diskettes that came with your computer. |

Our Single
Session Service provides the customer with 1 hour of help with their computer
via phone and or Microsoft® Netmeeting®, any problem or issue whatsoever.
Note: Minimum 1 hour fee.

We
guide you through the steps of reinstalling your operating system as long as you
have the cd's required, this is only a phone call service. We do not provide necessary
drivers for your hardware. If you would like us to provide them or find them for
you, there will be an extra fee. Drivers are usually located on the cd roms or
diskettes that came with your computer. Reinstallation of an operating system
usually occurs when there is un repairable errors, or deleted files, many reasons.
Some people prefer to reinstall their operating system to clean out unwanted junk
and start off again "fresh" with nothing on their computer but the bare
necessities.
Note: Reinstalling the Operating System will Erase your files
on your hard drive in most cases. It is strongly recommended you backup any necessary
files to disk, cd rom, or paper, prior to contacting our tech team to help reinstall
your operating system.
